Maria Reyes opened Bayside Cafe in 2018 with one rule: nothing pre-made, nothing rushed. Every pastry is baked fresh before 7am. Every espresso shot is pulled to order. There is no drive-through and no loyalty app — just a place to sit, slow down, and actually taste your coffee.
We're a single-location shop and we plan to stay that way. Our regulars know Maria by name and she knows theirs. If you're new, you'll feel like a regular within a visit or two.
