TrueWright ("we," "us," or "our") is a web design and development company that builds professional websites for small and local businesses. Our website is located at truewright.com. You can reach us at [email protected].
What information we collect
We collect information you provide directly when you fill out a form on our site. This includes:
- Name — so we know who we're talking to
- Email address — so we can respond to your inquiry
- Phone number — so we can follow up by phone if needed
- Business name and website URL — so we can research your business before reaching out
- Message content — any details you choose to share in the free-text fields
We do not collect payment information through our website. No credit card numbers, bank account numbers, or other financial data are submitted to or stored by TrueWright via our forms.
We also collect basic analytics data through Cloudflare (our hosting provider), including page views, browser type, and country of origin. This data is aggregated and not linked to individual identities.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide exclusively to:
- Respond to your inquiry about TrueWright's services
- Build the free mockup you requested
- Follow up about your project if you've expressed interest in moving forward
- Send transactional communications related to an active project
We do not use your information for unsolicited marketing. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
How we store your information
Form submissions are processed through a Cloudflare Worker and routed to our internal CRM (HubSpot) for follow-up tracking. Data stored in HubSpot is subject to HubSpot's own privacy policy. We retain contact records for as long as there is an active or potential business relationship, and for up to 3 years after last contact unless deletion is requested.
Cookies and tracking
Our site uses Cloudflare's standard edge network cookies for performance and security purposes. These are technically necessary and do not track personal behavior across other websites. We do not currently use advertising pixels, retargeting cookies, or third-party tracking scripts on this site.
Third-party services
We use the following third-party services that may process data on our behalf:
- Cloudflare — CDN, hosting, and edge security. Cloudflare may log IP addresses and request headers for security purposes.
- HubSpot — CRM for contact management and follow-up.
- Google Fonts — Font delivery. Google may log font request metadata.
We do not share your data with any other third parties.
Your rights
California residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, request deletion of your data, and opt out of the sale of your data (we do not sell data). To exercise these rights, email us at [email protected].
EU/EEA residents (GDPR): You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
For all other users: you may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." We will confirm deletion within 14 business days.
Data security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. Our site is served over HTTPS. Form data is transmitted via encrypted connections. We limit internal access to contact data to team members who need it to respond to your inquiry.
Children's privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our site after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
